Forevision

For the third year running, the philosophy & Ethics Department of Torquay Boys Grammar School held their annual debate evening on Embyonic research - The Ethical Question.. The view point of different religions were sought and the speakers varied from Buddhist, Christian, Bahai & Atheist background. I was privileged to speak from an Islamic Ethical perspective. As usual the formal presentations were followed by open house discussions among the young people from sixth forms (Yr 12 & 13). It was again a successful event just as previous years with lots of positive feed backs from the audience.
